Our board holds monthly meetings to discuss community business via ZOOM and all HOA members are welcome to attend and raise issues of concern. Please see the Board Meetings page in the members only section for minutes and agendas (contact the board if you require access).

Your HOA is continuing our work improving our community.  In addition to recent common area construction and maintenance projects we are implementing a new electronic records management system from AppFolio.   This software system will help store and maintain all HOA and ARC communications, community rules and covenants, resale documents, and financial transactions all in one easily accessible location online.
