Annual Assessments

The 2024 dues for homeowners is $240.00.

DuFief HOA is transitioning to the new Appfolio software system for managing our HOA operations electronically.  By now you should have already received an electronic copy of your annual statement / invoice for your dues.  If you have activated your personal portal then you can easily pay these dues thru this portal.  This activation email was an email inviting you to set up your Online Portal “From: DuFief Homes Association, Inc. <support@onlineportal.appfolio.com>” .

Note, each DuFief address can have more than one portal i.e. a homeowner family with two separate email addresses would have two separate portals for the same address.

If you have not received your invitation email or have questions regarding our new system then please let us know at Dufief HOA board@dufief.org.

While an electronic payment from your portal is the preferred method for your annual dues payment, we do realize there are some community members that are not comfortable establishing / using this new electronic portal and or electronic payment method.  For those residents please mail your payment to:

2022 – $233.68
2023 – $233.68

Some homes still owe for prior years’ assessments.  In order to determine how much you may owe, please contact the Treasurer at 240-606-5100.

The annual assessments are used to maintain our common areas in order to keep the DuFief neighborhood a popular area for homebuyers They are not optional.  Every household must pay the annual dues.
