This is the website for the DuFief Homes Association incorporated. Our community is comprised of 306 single-family homes on 12 cul-de-sacs and quiet streets nestled in 600 acres of protected woodland streams and ponds – all close to Rockville and Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Our community covers an area including Alcinda Lane, Brandy Hall Lane, Chestnut Ridge Court, Coles Chance Road, Dufief Drive, Flints Grove Lane, Flints Grove Place, Good Meadow Court, Happy Choice Lane, Maddox Court, Pebble Hill Lane, Piney Grove Court, Piney Lodge Road, Seneca Castle Court, Shenorock Street, Silent Valley Lane, and Talking Rock Court.

Local schools include Stone Mill Elementary School, Travilah Elementary School, DuFief Elementary School and Wayside Elementary School.  DuFief Elementary School feeds into Robert Frost Middle School, which feeds into Thomas S. Wootton High School in nearby Rockville, Maryland.
